WHAT IS GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING AND HOW CAN IT HELP YOU?

Group Personal Training is exactly what it says on the tin – Personal Training based within a Group Setting.

Group Personal Training is totally different to traditional Group Classes/Team Training as these sessions simply apply a “one size fits all approach” whereby everybody performs the same exercises and completes the same workout as one another. Very often, the goal with these types of classes is simply to get through the session. The goal of Group Personal Training however is to make you better.

With Group Personal Training, you get all of the benefits of a Personal Training session in that your training sessions truly reflect and work towards your goals and ambitions.

Here at Tier 1 we place a great emphasis, on individualised Group Personal Training.

INDIVIDUALISED GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING

No two human bodies are the same. We are all built differently in terms of shape, size, joint dimensions etc. Additionally, our past experiences, history of training/exercise, levels of injury, diet, sleeping habits, jobs and exposure to stress are all different. Now add onto this the fact that often, our goals and ambitions are all different to one another; some people simply want to lose weight, others gain muscle, hit that personal best, move without pain or simply want more energy to play with their kids.
​With all of this in mind, a truly effective training programme should be tailor made to suit you as an individual and cater for all of your needs and requirement but without costing the earth!

Not only does Group Personal Training at Tier 1 retain a truly individualised approach to your training, it gets you working towards and crushing your goals right from the first session. Better yet, it is also far more cost effective than traditional 121 Personal Training as well as being more sociable as you will be training with a very small number of like minded individuals who are working towards their own goals. So not only is it cheaper that traditional Personal Training, you can make new friends along the way!

Tier 1 Training & Rehabilitation Systems

We provide complete personal training and injury rehabilitation services in Northamptonshire.

Personal Training is available in our private gym space with qualified coaches. The services include small group personal training and optional complete nutrition programming.

The Sports Therapy Team at Tier 1 specialises in helping active minded people stay happy, healthy and mobile. We try to help remove any reliance upon pain medication or topical gels and instead, offer you a better path to a happier, healthier and more active future.
